The drilling pump is mainly composed of a power end and a hydraulic end.
The power end includes: frame, pinion shaft, crankshaft, cross head, etc.
The gears, bearings, and cross heads of the power end adopt a dual lubrication system combining forced lubrication and splash lubrication, thus ensuring good lubrication conditions.
The hydraulic end includes: hydraulic cylinder assembly, valve assembly, cylinder liner, piston, suction and discharge manifold, etc.
The cylinder liner piston on the hydraulic end is supplied with cooling lubricant (water) by a centrifugal spray pump for cleaning, cooling and lubrication.
The cylinder liner cover and cylinder liner flange, the cylinder liner flange and the cover, the valve cover and the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic end are all connected with a saw tooth threaded fixing mechanism.
In order to prevent air locks and reduce outlet pressure and fluctuations, the elbow flanges of the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe of the pump are equipped with discharge air bags for suction air bags.
In order to ensure that the pump does not exceed the specified working pressure. A shear pin type high pressure safety valve is installed at the outlet of the pump and another test.
