The ram blowout preventer is a ram blowout preventer designed and produced by our factory on the basis of drawing on foreign advanced technology. The blowout preventer adopts the current relatively advanced oblong ram structure, and its full sealing performance is superior. It has the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation and convenient maintenance.

The ram blowout preventer is mainly composed of shell, side door, cylinder head, piston rod, locking shaft, and ram plate. The blowout preventer is a built-in parallel oil circuit, and the replacement of the gate is relatively simple. The pressure-bearing parts such as the shell and the side door are all forgings. The material properties fully meet the requirements of API 16A and NACE MRO175-94. The ram cavity is designed as an oblong shape with uniform stress distribution.

The blowout preventer is designed to effectively control the blowout during the operation. The single and double ram blowout preventers are matched with the hydraulic control device. The single and double ram blowout preventers can be used alone or in combination. Use with annular blowout preventer.

When the inlet needs to be closed for a long time, after the inlet is closed hydraulically, in order to prevent the hydraulic system from depressurizing and affecting the closing, it can be locked manually. But it should be noted that the wellhead cannot be opened with the manual locking device.

The specific tasks are:

1. When there is a drilling tool in the well, it can close the annular space between casing and drill pipe, or between casing and casing and tubing

2. When there is no drilling tool in the well, the vacant well can be sealed with a fully enclosed ram.

3. In order to effectively control the formation pressure, it can be used in conjunction with kill and choke manifolds to achieve balanced pressure drilling.

4. Special operations such as well killing and well flushing can be realized with the inlet closed.
